How do your shirts fit?
Please refer to our sizing chart on your left. Our t-shirts are made to offer a classic athletic cut. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed look, we recommend choosing the next size up.
What fabrics and ink do you use?
We print all of our designs on soft, high-quality blanks. They are made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. We use only water-based/discharge inks for super soft, breathable, ultra wearable prints.
Care & Shrinkage
All our shirts are made of 100% cotton, therefore they may shrink about half a size when washed. Wash in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage. Washing your shirts inside out will prolong their life as well as help prevent color bleeding, which is more likely to occur on darker, richer colors.
Shipping
What shipping services do you offer?
We currently offer domestic Standard Shipping and expedited Two-Day Shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping options and costs are indicated during the checkout process.
Do you ship to APO / PO Boxes?
For delivery to APO or PO boxes, select Standard Shipping at checkout. USPS delivers to both APO addresses and PO boxes, and we do not charge extra for this service. ​
When will my order ship?
Orders for all in-stock items received before 6:30 AM EST Monday through Friday will ship the next day. We make every effort to ship orders placed after this time the next day, however we only guarantee that they will ship the following business day. Any orders received on weekends or national holidays will ship within 72 hours.
Pre-Order items may take an additional 10-12 days until shipment. These are items that are either recently out of stock, in production, or have been newly added to our lineup.
What if I haven't received my order yet?
Please wait 1 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the UPS or USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. If it has been over 7 days since you received a tracking number please contact customer support
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to us! If you're not completely satisfied, please let us know and we'll make every effort to make things right. We will gladly provide a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (we do not refund original shipping charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error). The item must be returned in original (new) condition and in original packaging (whenever possible) to ensure credit. Purchased items are determined original (new) provided the item(s) are undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Please contact us if you'd like to initiate a return or exchange. All exchanges are sent out via standard USPS shipping. Please allow 5-7 days for processing on all returns and in-stock exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address or phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately.
